Isa's Bio

Isa first started her healing journey in 1991 when she was living in NYC thru Yoga Meditation and Nutrition. Having grown up on the beaches of Southern Ca the energy of NYC brought her towards inward practices. In 1996 Isa studied at an Ashram in Southern India completing a month long intensive Yoga Teachers Training Course. She taught yoga in a few places around the world from 1991-2007. In 2001 Isa noticed her hands wer vibrating. Reiki had come to her. At  first she was not sure what it was.Then in 2002 she completed her level 1 Reiki training in Thailand and realized that the vibration in her hands was Reiki. Isa received her level 2, level 3 and Reiki Master Teacher Training in Rishikesh India in 2003. She taught Reiki in Venice Beach from 2003-2007. In 2004 Isa learned Theta Healing and teachers assisted Theta Healing Courses for a few years. In 2004 Isa attended Institute of Psycho Structural Balancing in California acquiring a Massage Therapy Degree. Isa completed completed the Advanced Theta Healing Course in 2007. In 2008 Isa received a degree from the Shiatsu school in Santa Monica,  In 2012 she moved her practice to Marin County in Northern California. During  2015 Isa started her studies in CranialSacral Therapy at Upledger Institute  completing many different courses. Specializing in the Nervous System and Fascia Release. In 2018 Isa attended Great Lakes Physical Therapy School completing a course in Fascia Release adding in bone and muscle fascia release as well as more surface fascia release techniques. Isa studied Cupping Therapy form the Internatioal Cupping Therapy association.

Isa decided she wanted to help people with thieir subconscious. She attended the Hypnotherapy Institute in Marin in 2024 completing a few levels and past the board exam to practice Hypnotherapy. In 2025 Isa took Deloris Cannon's Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique level 1 course. Once she learned QHHT she only wanted to practice QHHT style of Hypnosis feeling it was much more profound and effective for her clients. She completed her QHHT internship and level 2 before the end of 2025.
